Hello! I'm Tanya, an illustrator and designer from Ontario, Canada. I graduated from Sheridan College with my bachelors in Illustration in 2011, and since then I have continued to design and grow as an artist.
Upon finishing my education I practiced many new techniques and continued to teach myself new skills. Alongside drawing and Illustration I developed an interest in Graphic Design. Through learning new design techniques, I found my love for making cute and quirky patterns.
I have a weird style of humour (I use a lot of animal puns!) and a simplistic drawing style to create designs that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. My illustrations and patterns are a combination of digital vector style and traditional textures to give them a clean look with an artistic touch. I also love to create typography work in combination with my illustrations!
My inspiration comes from all around me. I love creating designs & patterns based on nature and animals. I spend way too much time picking colours for my designs, so my gallery is always full of bright and cheerful art.
